Refund & Return Policy

All items are made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or buyer preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. 

We will review your request and work with our fulfillment partners to offer a replacement or refund where applicable. 

Returns are not required. Issues are resolved through replacement or refund based on the situation. 

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
