Order Processing & Shipment

All items are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners. This means your order is created after purchase before it is shipped. Production and shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Most orders are fulfilled within several business days before shipping begins.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking will also be available through your order status page. Please note that tracking updates may take a short time to appear after shipment.

Shipping Time Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method, and carrier. While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors such as carrier issues or customs processing. 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or lost in transit, please contact us. We will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier and work toward a resolution.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, custom fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
